Isaac Aboagye-Duah retains position as president of GTF


Isaac Aboagye-Duah has retained his seat as the President of the Ghana Tennis Federation. He beat Roger Crawford 15 to 4 votes.

Mr. Aboagye- Duah whose first term saw come improvement in the game of Tennis as Ghana rose in the ITF ranks and also made in in the Davis Cup.


A total of 24 candidates file their nominations for the President, Vice President and Board Member positions.

Founder of Tennis Foundation Ghana, Roger Crawford could not stand up against incumbent Isaac Duah for the Presidential position while Plus Petroleum CEO, Edward Owusu contended for the Vice President slot against Mr Kwame Djamba.

Most of the juvenile players are doing well with the support of McDan and others.


Mr. Dual thanked the delegates who trusted in him and gave him another chance to serve the Tennis Federation. He is a member of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) Board.
